Design Development

Construction Documents

Delivery & Ongoing Support

What if I need changes during the process?

Minor adjustments are included throughout. Substantial changes may extend the timeline or incur additional fees — but we'll discuss that upfront before proceeding. No surprises.

How much of my time is actually required?

About 3–4 hours total across the 30 days: kickoff call, schematic review, design development review, and final delivery review. We work efficiently and respect your time.

What if the permit reviewer requests changes?

We build code compliance in from day one, but permit reviewers occasionally request modifications. We're available to address these at our standard hourly rate with fast turnaround.

What file formats will I receive?

Depending on your package: PDF files for permit submission and printing, and CAD files (DWG/DXF) for future modifications. All organized, labeled, and delivered in a structured digital library.

Do you coordinate with structural engineers?

We design with structural considerations in mind. The Standard package includes basic structural coordination. Full structural engineering can be arranged for an additional fee for any package.

Do you work with builders outside Texas?

Yes — we work digitally with builders across the country. Our entire process is designed to run seamlessly remotely, with clear communication and digital delivery at every stage.
